We want to ensure that you stay connected and engaged with your Online Records Book (ORB). Your ORB account is essential for tracking your progress and achievements on your journey with the Award.
If you haven’t logged into your ORB account for a while, please note the following:
- Notification Email: If you don’t log in for some time, you’ll receive an email from us as a gentle reminder. Please pay attention to these emails.

- Deactivation of Account: If you continue to stay inactive, your account may be deactivated. But don’t worry, you can reactivate it easily.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Reactivate via Email: If you receive a notification email, please read it carefully and click on the provided links to reactivate your account.
- Reactivate via Login: If your account is already deactivated, try logging in again. If it’s unsuccessful, wait for at least 30 minutes, then try again. Your account should be automatically reactivated.
Remember, staying connected to your ORB account is crucial for your Award journey. So, make sure to log in regularly to keep track of your progress.
